Our technician arrives on site, engages with you about the fault and works through the repair solutions with you.

Job Completion Report
Once the work is finished, we provide a Job Completion Report covering the fault found, the work carried out and any recommended follow-up — so your maintenance records stay up to date.

QDo you require a purchase order before attending?
We can discuss this on the call. For existing MMP clients we can attend and confirm paperwork afterwards. For new clients we may request a PO number before dispatch.
QWhat areas do you cover for emergency callouts?
We are based in Wiri, Auckland and cover the full Auckland region. Contact us for urgent callouts outside Auckland.
QCan you help if you haven't worked on our machines before?
Yes — our team has broad industrial experience across many machine types. We will ask for machine details on the call so we bring the right tools where possible.
