We confirm your details, request a PO if required, and dispatch the right technician for your equipment type. We give you an ETA on the call.

On-site and signed off
Our technician arrives, diagnoses the fault, and carries out repairs. You receive an authorised sign-off on completion so your records are up to date.

We can discuss this on the call. For existing MMP clients we can attend and confirm paperwork afterwards. For new clients we may request a PO number before dispatch.

We are based in Wiri, Auckland and cover the full Auckland region. Contact us for urgent callouts outside Auckland.
QCan you help if you haven't worked on our machines before?
Yes — our team has broad industrial experience across many machine types. We will ask for machine details on the call so we bring the right tools where possible.
